  • Create and Modify Procedures: Analyze what works and what doesn’t, Critically evaluate current recruiting procedures and modify them accordingly. And, if necessary, design brand new procedures and oversee their implementation.

  • Monitor Metrics: Keep track of company’s recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, external candidate flow/location and cost-per-hire, etc. Also known as key performance indicators (KPIs), these metrics make it easier to see where problems lie and address them quickly. Reporting sent out on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

  • Build the Network / Talent Development: Network with other employers and employees within the same industry by attending conferences, community outreach events, job fairs, seminars, etc.

  • Forecast and Plan: Coordinate with department heads in order to anticipate future hiring needs. Providing ample time to plan for those needs and to develop a recruitment strategy in advance
